We need more details
1) Breed (you already did that) age, weight, change in weight?
2) behavior?
3) Physical symptoms for how long?
4) other birds in the flock exhibiting symptoms?
5) signs of bleeding/broken bones/trauma?
6) symptoms? (Got that already)
7) appetite? What are you feeding her regularly (include "treats")
8) any other symptoms?
9) how are you treating her symptoms?
10 ) do you intend to take her to a vet or treat her on your own?.
11.) pics?
12) living conditions? Does the coop have plenty of ventilation, room, clean? What do you use for bedding?

My hen is 2 y/o & laying internally. She is shedding either her intestinal lining or reproductive lining maybe both. She's pooping but a lot of clear fluid with the poop. It happens when you change their diet. & for her, she's not eating much so I give her a lot of "treats" because that's pretty much the only things she'll eat. & she's much more thirsty now since losing all that fluid. I soaked my hen in a warm bath one late afternoon & later that evening she laid a lash egg. I also started her on antibiotics. She's doing a little better now but lots of clear fluid coming out of her as well.

7 months, weight unknown she didnt lose any weight that i notice, normal behavior, no physical symptoms, my other bird is fine, eating well layer feed from agway and free ranging sometimes, gave her some molasses mixed in water for some laxative effects, ill take her to the vet if i really really have too, coop is fresh and clean. i use pine shavings for bedding but they roost

Could be parasites from free ranging, has she had any spoiled or moldy food? Mine would find their way in the compost pile until I made a lid for it. It's so hard to tell not being able to look at them in person. Maybe you can try giving your chickens Sav A Chick vitamin electrolytes & probiotics in their water. Also apple cider vinegar. I use Bragg's raw unfiltered acv. Also use Food grade DE in their food & where they like to dust bathe. See if that helps any.

If she starts showing any symptoms of being egg bound soak her bottom half in warm water for 20 min.

no moldy food, maybe parasites from earthworms? i have braggs and electrolytes ill try some of that and when i can ill pick up some DE at agway

Strike on the acv... It will cause more diarrhea . Sorry for giving the wrong info
