Chicken poop

I noticed today that one of my chicken's (New Hampshire Red) poop comes out in a large glop. It is sorta runny, and looks like snot (when you have a cold).

How can I tell if she is sick? If you all want I can post pictures of the poop, but I don't want to gross anyone out!

I was gonna say from your description cecal poo. I think they spell it different in the UK (ceacal).
