Chicken refusing to eat. Possible heat issue

I have this one pullet who I found yesterday very inactive and could not walk herself. I have since tried given her water which she has drank alot of but she does not seem to want to eat any food.. she just lays there and gets up to walk a little now but is still very weak and has no stability.. any idea what's wrong?

Can you add some electrolytes to the water?

When you say she can't walk, what do you mean? Does it look like paralysis? Weakness, one leg, both, does she fall to one side?

How does her comb look? Your photo is too dark to tell much.

What kind of feed are you using?

How hot has it been?
