Chicken Run Idea?

I'm wanting to build a run kind of like this but not so expansive. Here is a run i found on the web (not mine) that looks like it would be suitable. Its 9 long 4 wide 6 high. I like it but its to expansive to buy. so how much would you guys estimate it would be to build?

It looks bigger than that. Specifically, wider than 4 feet.

It's hard to say without specifics. Do you specifically want a peaked roof? What is the roof material. Plastic panels, or just wire? If just wire, you can save time and cost by eliminating the peak. Hardware cloth, chicken wire, or welded wire? Pressure treated lumber or not? Are you set on those dimensions or open to changes that might yield less waste, lower cost?
