I have a Prairie Bluebell had a sac(I think) hanging off of her tushie. She is acting a little different. My Rhode island red has been pinning her down and pulling feather. (Luckily none are lost). Can someone help me. Not sure what to do. She is shaking her head and tipping over . I have isolated her from the flock. She also has very liquid poo

Make sure that they are not overcrowded, that they are getting enough protein in their diet either with a layer feed or all flock feed, and are getting outside to roam everyday. Those are some reasons for feather picking. The enlarged lower belly may be attracting pecking, and it can be a sign of reproductive problems, fat, or ascites. If you can post any pictures that may be helpful.

They have lots of room. They have a 40x40 pen. They have access to lots of water and their food. I don't think she has an enlarged belly. I have 10 in my flock. 4 of them are almost 10 weeks old.
