I thought my 9 month old Easter Egger, Little Jerry Sienfeld, was getting pecked by her 2 sisters because she had a sudden bare spot on her back, and I saw them pecking out her new growth, little jerks.
After lots of research on BYC I realized she was moulting and THATS why they were picking on her. I bought a saddle from Amazon prime, put it on her while she was sleeping (and some blukote underneath) and voila! 3 weeks now and her feathers are almost grown back and they leave her alone now.
