For kids under a certain age they are put in the catagory "Pet Chicken" the other section is for just barnyard chicken, which they are usually female, and you leave any eggs from them on top of the cage for display..I guess to show how productive they are?? I dont really understand it.. Ive only shown my banty mixs when i had them.. And I sold half of them at the fair.
