My hen is about 4-6 years old and recently she has gotten increasingly disheveled and lethargic. This has been going on for about 3 days, her main symptoms are as follows --- Lethargy, muscle weakness, falling over, pale. I performed a vent exam and didn't find an egg stuck in her, I also took her temperature (105.1). I am very worried for her, she is eating (not sure about drinking) but obviously not feeling well.

Pictures? What breed is she?

An adult chickens normal body temperature is 105-107F.
Has she been laying eggs?
Any swelling or fluid in the abdomen below the vent between the legs?

Look her over for lice/mites, make sure her crop is emptying, get a good look at her poop (photos of poop and hen may help), work on hydration - give plain water alternated with electrolytes. Vitamins that contain E, B1, B2 would be good too.

Sometimes older hens can start to suffer from reproductive problems, but it would be good to rule out other things. Sometimes it's not known what is going on unless you lose them and have a necropsy performed.

She is a cinnamon queen.

She is not laying, and i'm not sure how her stool looks but i'll keep an eye out. I mixed together some water with electrolytes and gave her a mix of water, watermelon, and some pale yogurt. She seemed very interested in eggshells and ate almost an entire shell. Her crop looks and feels normal, and i don't feel any swelling in her abdomen unless it is very minor. I am worried about her being egg bound but find it strange that i didn't feel anything. She seems more alert today then yesterday but not normal. I shall try to get some closer pictures of her.

I found her this morning with poop all around her vent and yellowish discharge. I gave her a good warm soak and dried her off. I heard i should apply some anti-fungal cream so i did, i also applied vetracyin spray to her bum. I have given her access to clean food and water. I have also mixed probiotics in with her food. She still seems very weak and it's getting harder for her to walk.
