Chicken sick :(

The crop is on the front right side of the chest. When the chickens eat and drink during they day it fills up. First thing in the morning before he has any food or water compare it to another one of your chickens. It should feel completely flat. If it feels like a water balloon then he has a sour crop.

Yes exactly like a water balloon. looks like a water balloon
this is the best picture I can get. not the exact chicken but looks like this VERY bloated and its little head is all tucked in to.

So this is not the sick chicken?
Well it seems (he or she?) has sour crop. Read the article @Bkaye gave a link to, it has the treatment in there.

So sorry to hear what happened to your chickens. Do you provide grit (crushed granite) for them? What are you feeding?
