chicken skin problems

I was out tending to my flock of one when I noticed that my hen had some redness on her skin. I have no idea what it could be. Could I get some advice?

Is the redness on the legs or the skin? If the legs are red it could be from moisture, has it rained recently? Depending on age if it is the legs they could be reaching maturity.i have seen the red legs in my flock and this is what I've gathered, it went away pretty quickly. I could be wrong but it's my best guess. If its on the skin do you see any signs of lice or mites?

It is on the skin, she is missing feathers on her breast and rump.
