Chicken skin torn off!

Help! Our hen just pecked all the skin off of our nine week pullet, and the skin is completely hanging off in front of her face! All the feathers are still attached to it but all the skin is gone from the neck and head. Should I put the skin back over the head? The baby managed to survive the night and today is walking around, but i think she may now be blind. She ate and drank some though. WHat should i do?
