chicken space?

I am going to convert my shed, can someone please tell me what space is required for each chicken in the coop, they free range in a garden that is roughly 5 metres by 20 metres

I have done exact measurements, the shed is 5ft by 6ft, the free range area is 44ft by 22ft, so how many chickens could I keep and that they would be happy and healthy?

I've read 4 sq ft per chicken for the coop and 10 for the run
