Chicken standing still in bush?

One of my chickens, a gold comet, was standing really still in a bush when I came to check on all the chickens. There weren't any hawks for her to be afraid of, and all of the other chickens came running up to me and started playing in the open space. I tried shaking her treats, but she didn't come, and even when I threw treats right in front of her, she only looked at them and didn't eat them. I gently nudged her with a stick, and she still only took one step! What's wrong? And by the way, I don't think she was about to lay an egg because she knows to always ley eggs in the coop, but I'll check later to make sure.

Being a student of patience, I would wait and check her behavior tomorrow.
