Chicken still peeping past chick-hood?

One of my chickens is four months old. All of her siblings are making normal chicken noises. But she still peeps like a chick! I'd there a reason for this? They were all born around the same day, but she's always been a tiny bit smaller than all of them.

Could just be a late bloomer. Give her time.
