Chicken Swap in Northern Virginia

Hi Chicken Raisers,
This announcement is to any Virginia resident who is interested in attending a Chicken Swap in Northern Virginia. It is to be held on the 23rd of April at the Southern States in Stephens City, Va. from 9am to 3pm. The lot is very big and will accommodate 30 or more vendors.
We have been raising rare breeds and selling them from our home in Front Royal for over the past five years. We just attended our first swap in Marinsburg, WV last year and had a good ol' time, now we would like to see the same thing started in this part of Virginia. It will be free to set up and have Pullorum testers on-site.
Because of state regulations only Virginia residents may be vendors, but residents from out of state may come to purchase. This event is only a month away! So gather them eggs and get them in the incubator.
No matter if you just starting your own back yard brood, or if you are like us and hatch in your bedroom. Y'all come!
We only have a had a hand full of vendors respond currently and have lots of space to fill. So if you are interested in becoming a vendor please contact us with what you would like to bring.

this is an old thread. the biggest chicken sale in virginia happens twice a year at gilman farm glen allen va. first saturday in may and third saturday in september. not only chickens but all poultry and farm animals, even pets, and garden plants. its HUGE
