Chicken threw up

My hen Sofia was free ranging and I saw some liquid come out of her mouth. It looked orange ish but I wasn’t paying attention until I saw it so i don’t know for sure. She’s not bloated and her crop feels fine. She’s been eating and drinking. A while back she had an issue when she shook her head when she ate or drank but it doesn’t happen anymore. I have a picture of her comb if that can give any more information

It is not uncommon for a bit of liquid to come back up when a hen drinks a lot at once. No need to worry if she is acting fine.
