Any ideas on what to do to treat it? I have put neosporin on it and isolated her from the rest of the flock. I read that you should cut the rest of the comb off, but I’m not sure that’s the best idea? Will it heal up if I leave it?

Yes it will heal up, but it may not stand up straight, if it was before. I would not cut it off. The comb is important for cooling themselves, that would be compromised if it were removed, and combs can bleed a LOT. Keep it as clean as you can, continue to use the neosporin (veterycin spray is good also) and make sure the others won't peck it. If you have a wire crate then put her in that in the run with the rest so they can all still see each other while she heals. It is less stressful and makes reintegrating easier. Do you know how it happened? Sometimes they can do this putting their heads through wire. I would try, if possible, to make sure it won't happen again.
