Chicken tractor for meat birds

Hi! I am going to build a chicken tractor for some meat birds over the summer and I am wondering if not having a floor would let digging attackers in? I know that we have racoons and possums. Any suggestions on what to do if so? Thanks!

I have a hardware cloth apron attached to the outside of my movable meat tractor. Most predators that would try digging are too stupid to realize that if they just backed up a little they could get underneath the apron.
