chicken tractor help!!!!!

I have been frustrated lately with trying to find a good way to house my future chickens. I have multiple large pallets behind my house, but I have no construction skills at all, and my dad says he will help me build it, but everytime we try to build it, he has other plans.

I have been looking on YouTube, and found people using PVC to make a tractor. I could probably make one myself from PVC, but will it be safe?

Finally, there is someone on craigslist selling small sheds (6x6) for $375, which I could afford.

So should I try to make the PVC tractor, buy the shed, or wait on on my dad who is always busy?

If you live in a windy area it could blow away with pvc.

I live in east TN. The weather is unpredictable at times, but mostly the wind is ok

Just keep an eye on the weather. May have to put them in a safe area in spring and summer storms.
