Chicken tractor nesting box?

I’m thinking of giving my girls some more area to forage around in with a mobile chicken tractor. I’m not looking for anything fancy, just simple and safe. My question is, do they need access to a nesting box while in it? I’ve seen some with and some without. They’d spend a couple hours a day in there, but they lay throughout the day at different times so I’m not sure what to do!

I would provide a nest box too, something basic just to have it. My chickens have laid eggs out in the middle of the yard before, I think because they "had to go" and the coop was too far away to hold it
