Laying hens want to roost. Meat birds are too young to roost. Different needs here.
If you want a movable coop for laying hens, consider the Justin Rhodes chick-shaw or a Hoop house with perches and nest boxes.
For the chicken tractor, the hens would roost on top rather than inside. A large enough A-frame should work. Not sure how you'd arrange roosts.
