Chicken Tractor

Made with reclaimed wood from an industrial business who gives away large used pallets for free. The frame was made from ripping 2x6's down to 2x2. The coop from the pallet slats cut to size. All the expense came from the wire, wheels and hardware (about $50).

Going to put Nankins. I used part of my shed as a coop that they are currently in. Have a 10x10 chain link dog kennel next to the shed. Shed has a pop hole through which when older can enter into the run. Chicks are 4 weeks old tomorrow. Will use the tractor in the front yard to rotate some of the chicken through during the week.
