chicken treats

I am new at this and have 2 fab little chickens. I spend time with them every day to help them to bond with me. I have been told that if I take a treat out with me that eventually they will hand feed. Can anybody tell me what treats I can give to my chickens.

Mealworms!!!! Hands-down..mealys are #1 favorite chicken goodie. They will b eating out of your hands in no time.

X2 on the meal worms!!! Live is best!!!!! They will go nuts for them!!!

Most anything. No avocados, raw potato skins, beans or uncooked rice. Cracked peas are good for the little ones and good for them. Whatever you choose you may want to put it in a little dish and hold it out to them rather than use your hands because chicken pecks can hurt.

Applesauce! Mealworms! Peaches! Fruits and Vegetables! Ice cubes with berries in them (cut up berries and put them in an ice cube tray and add water and freeze)! These are some of my chickens favorite things to eat!
