chicken walking in low position

hi - this gal had poopy butt which I cleaned 2 days ago with Dawn and warm watr, checked hr vent and dried her off - she shivered a bit, then kind of waddled off - yep, waddle - and she's lower to the ground than normal that I've noticed a few times. I cleaned coop, more fly strips - she seems to be eating normally, and her comb, which was kind of purple - she's a white leghorn - is now back to red, with just a bit of darkening along the top - any ideas, anyone? thank you - Pat from Napa
