clucking with my chicken
Songster
Hey, you may know me and my injured chicken.
so backstory, it was bitten by a fox on Monday afternoon and it’s been 5 day’s since then.
the bite was not too bad it was kinda just a minor bite with a little bit of blood oozing out but now she is fine.
the day after she got bit she was walking eating and drinking like normal.
so I got a new setup for the chickens and I separated my injured one from the flocks but today she just decided she wanted to be with my best friend so she flew over and it was a big flight.
suprisly my older bird, oreo. did not do any pecking on her, dispite doing it on the rest of them. (it just flew over about 10 mins ago) andthey drank and ate water together.
The one and only chicken expert, @eggessive I belive she is called, said don’t keep her with the flock yet, separate her.
what you think since this happened?
