Chicken was laying first egg, got off to drink water and doesnt seem to wanna try again?

My chicken jumped up on a nest and started laying her first ever egg, and she seemed to be doing really well, but after a while she got out to drink water and didnt go back to the nest, im pretty sure the egg is still inside of her, as i can see its *trying* to get out, but shes not actively pushing, anything i can do to stimulate her to start pushing again?

Edit: poop started coming out like a liquidy yellow and with blood, a small amount of it but still blood

Another edit: she finally laid her egg! No problems with it, I was getting worried so im glad she was able to

the first egg can be a bit of a challenge, and take time to come through. I'd just try to sit on your hands and let her take it at her own pace.
