I got some new chickens and this morning when i went to check on them I found that one of them has a humped neck. She also seems to be blind. She was tripping over things and walking into the wall. I don't know what to do. If you have any ideas please share. Natural remedies and herbs are preferred. She is my favorite chicken, and the sweetest thing you ever saw. Here is a picture of the neck.

Likely fowl paralysis caused by Marek's disease. (Disclaimer: I can't make a diagnosis without exam and testing) Unfortunately, I don't know of any treatment options. Is the rest of the flock vaccinated?

It looks like wry neck (torticolis, crook neck) which is a neurological symptom of a possible head injury, a vitamin E or thiamine deficiency, or from a contagious disease, such as Mareks and some serious respiratory diseases that can cause brain inflammation.

Can you post pictures of the eyes? If the colored iris is dull colored or grey, or if the pupil is irregular, that is also a sign of the ocular form of Mareks disease. If Mareks is suspected, I would remove this bird right away and return it to the buyer. Mareks is spread through dust and dander, so impossible for other chickens to not be exposed. This is a good article about Mareks:
