Could you bring the bird inside, and set her in an area where she can't further damage her wing, with food and water provided? Could we get a few photos of her wing? Did this occur over a few days, or did it occur suddenly?
If it is indeed a fracture, how we go about treating it, and the prognosis of it will depend on where the fracture occurred, and the severity of it. At some point, you'll need to carefully assess the bird's wing to locate where the fracture occurred.
