Today one of my chickens seemed to have gotten a cold. She kept sneezing and was wheezing like she could barely breathe. I gave her some boiled eggs and yogurt and she seems a lot better and stopped wheezing. When I had gotten home that day, they were out of water, so could it have been dehidration that caused it? Also, is there anything else I should do for her?
