Chicken with a hurt leg

I have this hen that got sick and we seperated her to give medicine for about 7 days. One of my employees put her back in the pen with the others and she was ok. The next morning she was limpng really bad. She can't stand on that leg. Any thoughts? We have seperated her, she has a great appetite looks healthy - just can't stand or walk.

did she get hurt somehow? any other symptoms at all? is it paralysis or is it she just cant walk? are the limbs stiff and stuck? or are they still flexible?
