Chicken with abdomen sticking out.

Tonight I noticed my hens abdomen is sticking out at a weird angle, my first though was that she’s egg bound but I don’t feel and egg in there and I’m pretty sure she’s laid in the last couple days. She’s eating and drinking well, and I saw her poop it was solid and very healthy. I do think I felt something near the outside of her abdomen but I may have been the base of her feathers it didn’t feel like an egg. This is really unfortunate timing because I’m going to be away from home from Monday morning until Tuesday evening but I’d figure I’d post so that we can do what I can in the morning tomorrow and when I get back on Tuesday. I tried to get pictures from different angles because it looks different from every other time I’ve had a bloated chicken in that it’s mainly in one side instead of the entire abdomen, I hope I was able to show it on camera.
