Chicken with bad eye?

Hello there, I am a new chicken parent with 6 month old hens. They have been laying and doing great, but today one wouldn’t come out of the nesting box. When I took her out she had a weird gray eye, swollen. Any advice on what to do? I isolated her in a separate coop area, gave her plenty of water and food. Attached is a pic of the sick and the healthy side for comparison. Thank you!

I believe I see pus in there, you're gonna want to get all that out. After you get the pus out, rinse her eye out with saline solution and then apply some terramycin eye ointment in the eye. Do that everyday until it gets better.
