I have this chicken with an eye infection that's been going on for almost a month now. She was fine for the first couple weeks, she would eat drink, and when I let her out to play she would peck and do sand baths. She has taken a turn for the worse this week, and her eye is not improving, and has gotten way worse, she is not eating anymore and just sleeps standing up all day. I'm planning on culling her but I'm asking for any last suggestions as to what I can do and see if she has any chance at improving.

Have you tried to hold warm wet compresses to her eye while holding her on your lap, to soften the pus or plaque? I would do that and irrigate her eye with eye wash or saline, and try to remove the white material from her eye. Her eye may or may not be blinded by infection or trauma, but it needs to come off. QTips, tweezers or other tools, flushing with saline, and appky either Terramycin eye ointment or plain Neosporin ointment twice a day.
