Chicken with no balance?

My chicken has no balance. I just noticed this yesterday. She doesn’t eat much even though i give her an extra area to eat away from the chickens. One of her feet is more ..crusty than the other one too. Im not sure if its a vitamin problem or a bumblefoot problem. She is also not vaccinated for mareks. For now I have her in a separate area with food and sugar water.

I can't really tell but she may have bumble foot or if it's just really dirty. Can you wash her foot? What are you feeding them?

Im feeding them regular layer feed
