Chicken with skin missing from neck, possible broken leg

One of my chickens was attacked this morning by mother in laws big lab puppy. Somehow he got ahold of her and had her in the backyard. I only noticed because he came back for the rest, but will have to deal with that situation later. Found the hen in the grass seemingly stunned. Picked her up and she was covered in ants. Didn't know what to do so dipped her in warm water to rinse the ants away. The back of her neck is completely exposed flesh and muscle. She also seems to have a broken or otherwise injuree leg but I've been trying to let her calm down before moving her too much. Took some pictures and could use any advice on what to do in this situation.

Sorry for poor pictures, she gets very anxious when I approach her at the moment.

Does anyone have any advice at all? Please! I have a very limited Internet connection and I am hoping next time I check there will be some information for me.
