Chicken with splayed legs & curled feet

Hello. I have an almost 2yo chicken who quite suddenly, cannot walk bc of splayed legs and her feet tend to curl under and when splay are done very narrowly. I’ve her contained and bound her legs like treating for a chick. Any suggestions or info is welcomed.

Vaccination slows down the progression of the disease, it's not a preventive.

Can you post any pictures of the chicken, and her diet? Does she lay eggs. Could she have been injured? Have you added any new members to the flock in recent months?
