Chicken with worms? Second opinion please!

Hello, I have a Black Australorp who has been exhibiting worm symptoms. She has runny, stinky, greenish-white poo and hasn't been laying regularly. She is lethargic and is drinking a lot. She's 11 months old. Does she have worms? She and our other hen have been scratching around outside in the mud. I just wanted to know what y'all thought before I put her on medicine. Thanks!

I have not. I have never had a sick chicken before, and I have no knowledge! Also, I noticed a white, pinhead-shaped and sized thing in her poo the other day.
