Chicken wont move, eat or drink

My one year old hen just recently became quite agressive towards me, growling when I came close and pushing out all her feathers to make her look bigger. She then started sitting on her nest and wouldn't let me get her eggs yesterday I managed to get her off take the eggs but she went straight back and sat on the empty nest. This morning there was no eggs but she was still sitting there. I managed to get her out into the garden and her poo had a lot of undigested corn bits. She is now sitting on the floor of the coop not moving and when I place food and water under her she will not have any I've put oyster shell on top of the food to encourage her to eat it but at the moment she's just sitting there growling at me.

Any ideas on how to help her??

We havnt got a cockerel so none of the eggs will be fertilised, shall I still put some under her?
