Have you been thinking about raising your own chickens, or just started and wondering where to go from here? Have you been raising birds for years, and wanted to meet others with the same interests as you?
Do you live in Northern NJ, and think that there's NOWHERE to get chicken feed and supplies, except mail-order, or driving an hour out into the country? You're in luck!
Come join us at the 4th Annual Chicken Workshop at Mike's Feed Farm.... Due to size constraints, our meeting will be held in Bograd's Furniture (located across the street from Mike's Feed Farm). We are located just off Exit 53 on Rt 287- right where Bergen, Morris, and Passaic counties merge in Riverdale, NJ
We will have some local chicken enthusiasts speaking, and they will bring with them various breeds of birds, there will be free giveaways at the door, and we'll have other poultry-related activities that night.
If you're interested in checking us out, I ask that you please send me an email with your name, and people attending- as we need a rough head-count for chairs and such. Seating is limited, so please reserve a spot as soon as possible- In addition, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to drop me an email. Thank you
