Help. We have roundworms. Got the safeguard for goats but can’t figure out dosing and withdrawal time. Thanking everyone in advance
 
Safeguard dose is .23 ml per pound of bird weight, dose once, then repeat dose in 10 days for roundworm.
It used to be recommended that egg withdrawl be 14 days, but much current info says zero days for eggs. I will attach a link for Panacur (same medication, fenbendazole) that says no withdrawl period for eggs. I personally don't observe a withdrawl period and have never had a problem.

Thank you so much. I think we will actually lose our Lucy. I medicated her by herself. She is really weak and we caught the other girls circling her and moved to start pecking her. She is crated and eating minimally and drinking some tuna water. She didn’t want the plain water. She has been down three days now.
