Chicken X Turkeys ?

Hello i plan on brinign back sum turkeye ggs when i go to Ne in september and i hope that at leat one of them will be a male , Ps what do u call male turkeys? Goblets right ?
Ok so i'm planning for scientific reasons obviously to put one of my hens probably my ee hen in with him for a while and check fir the buls eye. hen i find it . Into the bator they go and then i'll have tur-chick-ey-ins ! Any1 have any crosses like that. ?? I know sumone has a giunea hen x chciken cross. i love that thread. Ps how long will i t take for them to hatch the average of both of the times 21+ 28 = 24.5 days ?

They are called Gobblers and im almost positive you cannot cross the two

An adult male turkey is called a tom (sometimes referred to as a gobbler). An immature male is called a jake.

Please do NOT put a tom turkey in with a chicken hen. He will almost definitely kill her if he tries to mate. It's extremely, extremely unlikely that you will get a fertile egg from the cross and even less likely that the embryo will develop enough to hatch. Subjecting a chicken hen to a tom turkey would just be cruel and would be a death sentence for the hen. If you really wanted to try the cross for yourself for curiosity sake you might try a small-breed turkey hen with a large-breed rooster, but according to the literature I've found it's likely a waste of time.

I don't think that's going to work, bahamas. Besides, our turkey girls like chasing down roosters because they hate them so much. Making chicks is probably the last thing on those roosters' minds....

the natural method will almost certainly fail but you can extract from your male with a straw and inseminate the female with same straw I don’t know exactly what you do but I saw them doing it with turkeys on dirty jobs once I wonder if they can be cross breed in that fashion if you have any sucess please let us all know chickenstine
