Chicken zit?

Hi there I have a 1 3/4 month ok ameraucana pullet and she's perfectly healthy and happy but today I noticed a few feathers not sitting properly ( kind of poking up ) and when I examined her she had sort of what looks like a huge zit on her head. The feathers around it came out very easy and it's a very bright white colour. Should I squeeze it or leave it be? Is it even a zit or an infection or an ingrown feather maybe? Any ideas.

if it's bulging and white i would relieve the pressure (lance it)
