Chickens 6 months old and not laying

6 month old chickens..
I have 5 chickens.. 2 buff orpingtons, 2 black australorps and one rhode island red.
One of the buffs and one black have been laying for about a month... they are free range and
very healthy, but shouldn't the others be laying by now??? thank you!

They are around the right age, depending on breeding they should start within the next month, though since you have brought it up, they will probably start this week.

Chickens aren't like machines, they grow and mature differently. They should lay soon but it will happen at different speeds.
