Chickens and ducks panting

My chickens and ducks r panting its like 94+ humid out is this ok what do i need to do plz help i am new and this farming stuff

Lots of shade, lots of water, a breeze can help - some folks set up fans.
Frozen jugs of water set out they will lay on/next to them, shallow pans of ice water they can drink or wade in(might have to the chickens how)
