I have a slight problem that has more to do with the behavior cats than chickens, and I'm curious if this is common. We have a population of barn cats and so far this spring three litters of kittens have been born. All three of the mother cats have birthed their kittens in nesting boxes that contain eggs. Is this a common thing? It's kinda funny, but equally annoying haahaa. We need to capture these cats and take them in to be fixed after finding a vet that will do this at an affordable rate.
