Chickens and pheasants living together

Howdy all,
I saw there were some pheasant hatching eggs for sale near me but was unsure of one thing; can i keep my pheasants with chickens and Guinea?

You can't keep pheasants with chickens since chickens are little typhoid Mary's to pheasants. Pheasants also can't be kept like chickens
