Chickens and Tricks

Hi Guys,
I have a young silkie who has imprinted herself on me, knows her name and comes when called, I want to teach her some more tricks. My school has a petting zoo that we take to markets and we were thinking I could teach her tricks and bring her. I need advice on tricks and how to teach them. I'm already planning shaking hands and jumping on to laps. I have another chicken who I am teaching to jump, I need any advice you have.
