My hens are not laying eggs only one of them is and not very often though

Layer mash which is powderized corn scratch which is mixed corn and grains and a crumble food. We also have oyster shells and grit out for them.

How old are they? Where are you located? What % protein is layer mash you're feeding? Are they /have the been recently molting?

One is a few years old the others are 6-7 months of age and Michigan and idk what % protein and no

Depending on breed, health etc. adding the time of year Michigan, I'd say they're just not ready just yet. It's not always easy to be patient LOL but it pays off in the long run

Layer mash should be much more than "powderized corn scratch". It should be a complete feed. The primary ingredient may be corn but there are supplements of essential amino acids, vitamins, minerals and fats that chickens need.
If it is just grains, it is scratch and not layer mash.
If it isn't a complete chicken feed, the protein content will be too low for chickens to maintain body and ovulate.
If it is a complete layer mash, now that day length is increasing, eggs will be forthcoming.

No no I feed them layer mash AND scratch sorry for the confusion

Maybe withhold the scratch for a couple weeks and see IF that speeds things up a bit?
