Chickens are petrified of me?

What is a good treat for them that they would like

I don't know if they drink water because they tip over the water bowl every time i check, and also they don't eat food from the bowl they mostly eat grain from the floor or grass, is that normal?

get them a chicken waterer, they can't knock it over. What are you feeding them? It's fine for them to eat grain and forage in the grass

I am feeding them wheat grain with crushed eggshells because I heard that feeding them eggshells is good source of protein.

Feeding them eggshells is good for extra calcium. You should be feeding them either a homemade feed, or layer ration

Getting them on a good layer feed will help get them going.
