Chickens are too hot?

I recently took my three chickens ( two are almost 5 weeks and one is almost 4 weeks) outside for a few minutes to see how they would do. To my surprise, they all sprawled out away from each other and had their mouths hanging open and seemed to be panting. I think they may have been too hot, but it was only in the 70's that day. I know this summer it will be much hotter, so what do I do if they get hot?

They may be a little warm if they are panting. But, sprawling out is sunbathing and this is totally normal
